Duties Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention services Manage classroom activities efficiently to ensure safety, discipline, and optimal learning experiences for all students Prepare lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles or other educational methodologies suited for preschool and toddler care Utilize standardized testing results to inform instruction and improve student outcomes Skills Expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare practices Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings with classroom management skills Knowledge of special education strategies and early intervention techniques for diverse learners Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and children Ability to plan lessons that foster childhood development and support behavioral management Familiarity with classroom experience in private schools or daycare environments employing Montessori or similar pedagogies Competence in tutoring students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives Understanding of childhood welfare standards and child safety protocols Experience with standardized testing procedures relevant to early education levels Join us as a Teacher and be part of an energetic team dedicated to shaping bright futures!
