Position Details:
High School Caseload:
26-28 Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Starting September 2026 for the entire school year Active SPED credential required About the Role Provide specialized instruction, develop and manage IEPs, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and help create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. Teaching 4 periods working with students, 2 periods for prep/case management. • + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure and professional development + referral bonuses What You'll Do Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide specialized instruction in academics, behavior, social-emotional learning, and executive functioning Deliver research-based interventions based on individual student needs Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation and progress reports Coordinate annual, initial, and reevaluation IEP meetings Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families Collect and analyze assessment data to guide instruction and eligibility decisions Foster a safe, equitable, and supportive learning environment What We're Looking For Valid California Department of Education (CDE) Special Education Generalist license Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field Minimum 1 year of classroom experience Flexible team player Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams & students Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
