Qualifications & Experience:

Valid teaching license with Mod/Severe Special Education authorization (Mild/Mod may be considered for short-term assignments) Background in supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities preferred Experience working with elementary-aged children Flexibility and adaptability for short-term or extended assignments

Key Responsibilities:

Instruct and support up to 12 students in a classroom with three paraprofessionals Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Create engaging, differentiated lesson plans for 2nd and 3rd graders Foster a nurturing, supportive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues in a multi-classroom setting
