Child Development Early Childhood Education Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a classroom of children, providing a safe and nurturing environment
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing individualized attention and support
  • Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development
  • Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions among children
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and program policies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or autism
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development
  • Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
