Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction, intervention, and academic support to 7th grade students within a resource classroom Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success Create engaging, differentiated lessons that address diverse learning styles Track student progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in regular meetings regarding student achievement and goals Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported This dynamic full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, delivering a consistent schedule that allows you to build strong, lasting relationships with your students.
