Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Four-year-old Teacher, where your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners during a pivotal stage of their development. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment tailored to the unique needs of four-year-olds, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your passion for early childhood education will help lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills tailored to four-year-olds Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate child development principles and support individualized learning needs Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and independence Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress, address concerns, and foster collaborative relationships Apply effective behavior management strategies to support positive social interactions and emotional regulation among students Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and standardized testing results in compliance with educational standards Ensure adherence to all mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies to safeguard student well-being Requirements Proven experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques for early learners Knowledge of special education needs, early intervention strategies, and behavior management approaches Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Certification in early childhood education or preschool teaching credentials preferred; must hold current first aid and CPR certification Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child welfare practices to ensure safety and compliance Experience with literacy education, math instruction, physical education activities, and standardized testing procedures Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms young lives! Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
