Manage classroom behavior effectively through proactive behavior management strategies, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students. Assess student progress regularly using formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparation. Communicate regularly with parents through conferences, reports, and digital platforms to discuss student development and address concerns. Collaborate with fellow teachers on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and school-wide initiatives to enhance educational quality. Support extracurricular activities such as sports coaching or library services to promote holistic student development. Adapt teaching methods based on individual learning needs, cultural backgrounds, and developmental stages of middle school students. Utilize educational technology tools for lesson planning, delivery, and assessment to foster interactive learning experiences. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, and educational compliance. Experience Prior teaching experience with middle school students in grades 6 through 8 is required. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across core subjects including Math (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus), Literacy Education, Creative Writing, and Science. Strong understanding of educational technology integration and instructional modifications for diverse learners. Experience working with children with special education needs and adapting lessons accordingly. Proven ability to manage classroom responsibilities effectively while fostering a positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills for parent-teacher interactions and team collaboration. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and experience preparing students for assessments. Background in sports coaching or physical education is a plus; familiarity with library services or education administration is beneficial.
