Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Three Year Old Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment tailored specifically for three-year-old children. Your leadership will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and develop essential skills through innovative curriculum development and child-centered instruction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence early childhood development positively while fostering a love for learning in our youngest students. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with preschool-aged children. Duties Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, focusing on literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional development Lead classroom activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills in a safe and inclusive environment Develop age-appropriate curriculum that incorporates special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management and classroom management strategies to ensure a positive learning atmosphere Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about child progress, milestones, and classroom events to foster strong home-school connections Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to maintain high-quality instructional practices Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws, health and safety regulations such as first aid and CPR certifications, and childcare licensing standards Skills Extensive experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom experience with three-year-olds Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and teaching methodologies for early learners Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively while nurturing individual student growth Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used in early childhood education Ability to adapt lessons for children with special needs or developmental delays using early intervention techniques Demonstrated expertise in behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among young children Certification in first aid and CPR; knowledge of child welfare policies; experience teaching physical education is a plus Proficiency in math instruction tailored for preschoolers; experience in tutoring or supplemental instruction beneficial Join us as we cultivate the next generation of learners by providing inspiring educational experiences rooted in care, creativity, and excellence. Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
