Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our Early Learning Center team in the infant room, toddler room and assisting in the school age clasroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. This role involves developing engaging curriculum, managing classroom activities, and teaching christian values in children from infancy through preschool age. Experience with early childhood education, classroom management, and child welfare is essential to ensure a safe and enriching experience for all students. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum development principles. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies. Support children's developmental milestones in areas such as literacy education, math, physical education, and social skills. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address individual needs related to childhood development and child welfare. Ensure safety protocols are followed to promote a secure environment for children in daycare or preschool settings. Engage children in activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and physical activity while fostering emotional well-being. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education, literacy education, tutoring, and classroom management. Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is required. Strong communication skills necessary for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and community partners. High school education ECE education or college credit hours in ECE is required
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
