In this vital role, you will lead classroom instruction, develop engaging curricula, and foster an inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of our students. Your expertise will inspire young learners and collaborate closely with families and fellow professionals to ensure each child's developmental milestones are achieved. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through innovative teaching practices and compassionate mentorship. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, communication skills, and social-emotional development. Lead classroom activities that promote active learning, creativity, and critical thinking while maintaining a positive and nurturing environment. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques and behavioral therapy strategies. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and successes through meetings, reports, and digital platforms. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood or elementary education settings Knowledge of classroom management techniques, behavior management for students with special needs, and instructional modifications. Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among staff, families, and external specialists. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
