What Youll Need:

Active Massachusetts Special Education Teacher licensure (required) Demonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting Strong understanding of middle school curriculum and the unique needs of this age group Ability to lead and coordinate instructional strategies within a specialized program (TLC) Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Excellent communication and collaboration skills for partnering with families, staff, and support professionals

Primary Responsibilities:
