Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Must hold valid MSDE Special Education Teacher certification. Experience supporting early childhood students preferred. Core Responsibilities:

Provide itinerant special education services to early childhood students, supporting both classroom and individualized learning environments. Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to ensure appropriate adaptations and instructional strategies. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate records of student progress, planning and delivering instruction tailored to diverse learner profiles. Serve as an advocate for young students with disabilities, working closely with families and related service providers. Travel between assigned school locations throughout the workday; travel time is included as part of your work hours.
