Positions are available for immediate start and continue through June 4, 2027, offering a stable, long-term role in a collaborative educational environment.

Openings are available for:

Middle School, Life Skills (15 students) Elementary, Self-Contained (10 students) Elementary, Self-Contained with a focus on behavior support Each role is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week in a supportive, resource-rich setting. Whether you have experience working with middle schoolers mastering life skills or with elementary students in self-contained or behavioral settings, your expertise will be valued here. Travel professionals are encouraged to apply for this W2 contract position.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate:

Current and valid Maryland Special Education Teacher certification Experience working in special education, with students in life skills, self-contained, or behavioral support classrooms preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities A commitment to inclusive and differentiated instruction Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic educational settings An eagerness to collaborate with fellow educators, families, and support staff Key responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) Foster a positive, inclusive classroom climate Utilize evidence-based strategies tailored to student needs Track student progress and communicate regularly with families and teams Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of each learner This position offers a competitive hourly pay of $37-41, with comprehensive healthcare benefits available.
