About Us:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and energetic Floater Teacher to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and loves working with children of different ages. As a floater, you will support multiple classrooms throughout the school, helping to maintain smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in classrooms ranging from infants through Pre-K Provide coverage for teacher breaks, planning time, and absences Support classroom routines, including meals, nap time, and learning activities Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Follow all licensing and school policies
Qualifications:
Experience working with young children preferred Must meet Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) requirements (or be willing to obtain) High school diploma required; coursework in Early Childhood Education a plus Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills Ability to move between classrooms and adapt quickly
Schedule:
Full-time position 9-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break Must be available to work year-round, including summer

High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Early childhood education: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
90 hour early childhood education certification? (Preferred)
