Ensure safety by adhering to mandated reporting laws, maintaining first aid and CPR certifications, and following child welfare protocols. Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, classroom activities, and school-wide initiatives to enhance the educational experience for all students. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention practices, and special education needs. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively. Relevant certifications such as first aid and CPR; additional qualifications in early childhood education or Montessori teaching are a plus. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures, behavior management techniques, and physical education activities for young children. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners while maintaining a lively and motivating classroom atmosphere.
