Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in elementary special education settings, preferably with high-needs students Strong classroom management and individualized instructional strategies Ability to implement IEPs and collaborate with related service providers Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom culture
