Youll collaborate closely with teachers, aides, therapists, and other support staff to foster success and ensure students dignity and safety are prioritized. Implement behavioral intervention and instructional strategies, assist with toileting, changing, and manage behavioral challenges professionally and compassionately.

Desired Qualifications:

Active Missouri Substitute Certificate (verify on DESE website) or ParaPro Exam completion with transcripts on file (required before interview) Prior experience supporting K-12, especially with special education populations Comfort providing toileting/changing assistance and working with a variety of student behaviors Adaptable to working at multiple school sites and grade levels Collaborative mindset and commitment to student growth

Key Responsibilities:
