Job Description

. EDU Healthcare is seeking a New Hampshire-certified Special Education Teacher to provide specialized instruction in reading and math to a small group of 3-4 students with IEPs attending charter schools. This is a part-time opportunity requiring only a few hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
  • Modify general education curriculum to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Provide specialized instruction in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Track student progress and update IEPs throughout the school year
  • Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and IEP team members
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
  • Active state-level licensure or certification (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
  • Previous experience working in schools or with children preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays
