Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Special Education Teacher, with the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role focuses on delivering impactful services near Londonderry, NH. Work full-time—35 hours per week—offering direct support and instruction in a positive school environment. You'll primarily provide small group instruction and collaborate with general education teachers through co-teaching models. The hours are 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., ensuring a consistent and manageable schedule. Experience working in school settings is highly valued and will help you quickly adapt and make a difference for students.
Desired Qualifications:
Current state certification as a Special Education Teacher School-based special education experience strongly preferred Familiarity with elementary caseloads and individualized education programs (IEPs) Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Positivity, flexibility, and a commitment to student success
