Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher to inspire and nurture our young learners during this critical stage of early childhood development. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the early educational journey of toddlers, fostering a love for learning from the very beginning. Responsibilities Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to two-year-olds. Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and social-emotional growth. Lead daily lesson planning, incorporating activities that promote language development, motor skills, and cognitive growth aligned with early childhood education standards. Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management strategies and effective classroom management techniques. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about each child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, fostering strong partnerships. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records related to child welfare and development. Skills Extensive experience working with children in early childhood settings, especially with toddlers aged two years old. Strong knowledge of child development instruction, curriculum development, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention programs, and behavior management techniques tailored for young children. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations such as first aid and CPR certification. Pay:
