Experience is a plus. Appropriate NYS Special Education Certification PreK-12 or Students with Disabilities 1-6 and/or Birth-2nd is preferred OR be in a Masters Program. HASC began in 1963 to serve the needs of the needs of disabled children. From the start, the program was characterized by professionalism, with a focus on the individual needs of each child. We are licensed by the NYS Education Department and by the NYS Department of Health. We are grant recipients from OMRDD, DSS, DYCS, USHUD and USDE which provide program enrichments.
