Onsite Pay:

Up to $45 per hour based on experience Soliant Education is seeking experienced Intervention Specialists to support elementary and high school students in Autism and Multiple Disabilities programs. Why Apply Multiple openings available Choice of elementary or high school setting Consistent full-time schedule Collaborative special education teams Long-term school-year assignment Responsibilities Provide individualized academic and functional instruction Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior supports Manage IEP responsibilities and progress reporting Collaborate with paraprofessionals and related service providers Create a structured and supportive learning environment Minimum Qualifications Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License required Experience supporting students with Autism or Multiple Disabilities strongly preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Expected compensation ranges from approximately $36-$45 per hour.
