9601571-43019 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting 7th12th grade students as an Intervention Specialist. This position offers a flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 21 hours per week, and the potential to work full-time. The role is conveniently structured from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with placement in a supportive educational community near Fredericktown. Your primary focus will be on delivering Specializedly Designed Instruction (SDI), tailored to meet the needs of middle and high school students. Youll play an essential part in students academic journeys by providing instructional trials, establishing student support systems, and conducting ongoing progress monitoring and reporting. Importantly, this position does not require IEP writing, allowing you to focus fully on quality instruction and individualized student growth.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License required Previous experience working with middle and/or high school students is highly valued Strong ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
