Key Qualifications & Experience:
Required certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing Education Previous experience working as a Teacher or Specialist for Deaf/Hard of Hearing students Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with assistive technology, accommodations, and modifications Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment Passion for empowering students of all abilities
