Key Qualifications:

Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification Experience or strong interest in special education, particularly working with students on the autism spectrum Ability to collaborate with Paraprofessional Classroom Assistants (PCA) and other staff Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored instruction to students in Autistic Support classrooms from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM Develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to best meet student needs Work closely with PCAs and other team members to support daily classroom activities and optimize student engagement Monitor and assess student progress, making timely adjustments to instruction and interventions Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where all students can succeed academically, socially, and emotionally
