This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a manageable caseload and a strong focus on case management and supporting students within the school building. Itinerant within the building, with a primary focus on case management

Current school year Position Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 1718 students Serve as the Special Education case manager for assigned students Coordinate and maintain IEPs and related documentation Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff Monitor student progress and ensure IEP goals are being addressed Provide support and services to students throughout the school building Participate in IEP meetings and other student support meetings as needed Requirements Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification preferred Emergency permits will be considered Experience with IEP development, case management, and Special Education services Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families ProCare Therapy Benefits/Pay Weekly Pay Competitive Compensation based on experience and qualifications Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision) 401K Matching (Up to 6%) Extension Opportunities or New Assignments How to Apply If you are interested in this Special Education Teacher position in Phoenixville, PA , apply online and send your updated resume to julia.petrow@procaretherapy.com .
