Job Description

Step into a crucial role supporting students as a full-time Educational Diagnostician in the Fort Worth, TX, area. This itinerant position spans two schools within a dynamic district, making every day engaging and impactful. The assignment is on-site only remote work is not available and runs through May 21, 2027, offering both consistency and variety as you partner with educators and families to foster student growth.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and testing for students across various age groups. Write clear, actionable diagnostic reports and make recommendations. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, guiding educational planning and supports. Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to advocate for student needs. Travel between two assigned schools within the district as part of your daily responsibilities.
Desired experience and qualifications:
Masters degree in a relevant field. Valid Texas classroom teaching certificate. Minimum of three years of full-time experience in a classroom setting. Current or eligibility for Texas state certification as an educational diagnostician. Documented experience working within school settings as an Educational Diagnostician. Ability to pass required fingerprinting and time-sensitive credentialing processes. Bilingual skills (Spanish & English) are considered for a separate opening; if you are bilingual, please indicate this in your application.
