Job Description

Category Schools - Educational Diagnostician Job Type Contract Begin a rewarding contract opportunity as an Educational Diagnostician supporting a diverse middle school caseload, with the possibility of collaborating across high school campuses. This onsite position allows you to engage directly with students, educators, and families, conducting comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for approximately 100-120 students. Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping the educational experiences and success of learners in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid Texas Educator Certificate required. Educational Diagnostician certification issued by the State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC). Master's degree in a relevant field. At least three years of proven, creditable teaching experience. Strong assessment, collaboration, and documentation abilities. Comfortable managing caseloads and working across multiple campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations for special education students. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment results and support Individualized Education Program (IEP) development. Manage documentation, maintain student records, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Serve as an integral liaison between school personnel and outside stakeholders to optimize student outcomes. Perks of the
