Plan and supervise purposeful assignments for teacher instructional assistants, volunteers, and substitute teachers.

Guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and, in congruency with those goals, establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and project to communicate said objectives to students.

Create an effective environment for learning through functional and attractive displays, bulletin boards and interest centers.

Employ a variety of instructional techniques, technology and instructional media, consistent with the physical limitations of the location provided and the needs and capabilities of the individuals or student groups involved.
