In this role, you will step into dynamic classroom environments to support and enhance the learning experiences of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This position offers the opportunity to work flexibly across various early childhood settings, in all 3 of our locations, ensuring every child receives attentive care and engaging educational activities. Your energy and expertise will help foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes childhood development and joyful learning.

Locations are as follows: 4240 E Amity Ave, Nampa 444 N Linder Rd, Meridian 5609 N Glenwood St, Garden City Duties Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in various early childhood classrooms, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Support classroom routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure comfort and safety. Engage children with educational games, creative arts, storytelling, and interactive play to foster curiosity and learning. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary. Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to support individualized care plans for children with disabilities or special needs. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities. Skills
IMPECCABLE RELIABILITY STRONG WORK ETHIC
Flexible, "team" attitude Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages. Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings. Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive guidance and behavior management techniques. Proficiency in providing infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities that stimulate growth and learning. First aid certification or willingness to obtain it promptly; knowledge of CPR is a plus. Compassionate caregiving skills with experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with families confidently.
