POSITION

Long-Term Substitute Biology Teacher

2026-2027 School Year

Shrewsbury Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a Long-Term Substitute Biology Teacher position at Shrewsbury High School. This position would begin in the middle of October and will last through the middle to end of March 2027. The rate of pay is $280 per diem for each day worked.

We are interested in candidates who are invested in the achievement, equity, and access of all learners in and beyond the classroom.

Candidates with diverse racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, class, and/or gender background and experiences are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preferred:

• Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Licensure in Biology, Grades 8-12.
