Summary As a Substitute Teacher at West Side Montessori, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education for our students. You will be responsible for implementing lesson plans and ensuring a supportive learning environment that aligns with our Montessori principles. Responsibilities Implement lesson plans in accordance with the Montessori curriculum. Supervise and engage students in various educational activities. Maintain classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
