This position offers the flexibility to work with either 5th and 6th graders or elementary students, aligning your schedule with your professional goals.

Choose between two available schedules:

5th & 6th

Grade:

MondayFriday, 8:05am3:20pm, with a paid 30-minute lunch, totaling 36.25 hours per week.

Elementary:

MondayFriday, 8:30am4:00pm, with a paid 30-minute lunch, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through early June 2027.

Ideal candidates will bring:

Experience in school-based settings as a paraprofessional. A commitment to supporting diverse student needs and classroom learning. Reliable transportation for daily attendance. High school diploma, GED, or a college degree. Up-to-date Pennsylvania Clearances (within the past 12 months) or the ability to update them quickly. Current CPR/First Aid certification with in-person CPR completion.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting classroom teachers with instructional support and behavior management. Providing individualized and small-group attention to students as directed. Supporting daily classroom operations and student transitions. Monitoring and encouraging students' social, emotional, and academic growth. Collaborating with educators and related staff to create an inclusive educational environment.
