Job Description

Assistant Teacher - Join Our Montessori Team! Weinacker's Montessori is looking for a caring, dependable Assistant Teacher who loves working with children and thrives in a positive, team-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities Help create a calm, engaging learning environment Supervise and ensure the safety of all children Assist with routines, meals, and transitions Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Early Childhood or related field preferred Experience with children preferred (childcare or preschool) Patient, nurturing, and reliable Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn Montessori methods (training provided!)
