We're looking for an Assistant Teacher to help bring our days to life. You don't need a teaching certificate. You need warmth, patience, and genuine love for being around kids. What you'll do Assist with activities, projects, workshops, and lessons across our K-12 cohorts Support project time — helping students plan, build, and bring their own ideas to life Help keep our days flowing: morning circle, small-group learning blocks, lunch, cleanup routines Jump into hands-on learning — cooking, gardening, animal care, outdoor adventures You must be Be a steady, encouraging presence kids can trust Warm, understanding, and patient — you meet kids where they are Reliable and hands-on, happy to pitch in wherever the day needs you Excited about project-based, real-world learning Able to obtain an AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card A big plus Experience supporting neurodivergent kids Background in childcare, tutoring, camps, coaching — or raising your own
