Job Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Assistant Preschool Teacher! Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Support children with daily routines such as snack time, diapering or potty training, and nap schedules Engage children in educational activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and learning through play Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards Follow all mandated reporting laws and health protocols to ensure a secure setting for every child Requirements Prior experience working with young children in preschool, daycare, or childcare settings is preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (Pediatric First Aid preferred) to respond promptly to emergencies Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong classroom management skills with the ability to supervise multiple children effectively Excellent communication skills for parent interactions and team collaboration Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and follow guidance from lead teachers Commitment to creating an inclusive, nurturing space that supports childhood growth and development Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels children's learning adventures! Pay:
