The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to implement engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of each child.

Shift:

8am-5pm. Tuesday-Thursday. Duties Prepare, cook, and deliver meals to classrooms. Provide restroom, lunch, and mid-shift breaks. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Observe and assess children's developmental progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed. Facilitate activities that promote literacy education, social skills, and emotional growth. Collaborate with other educators and staff to support early intervention strategies for children requiring additional assistance. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and classroom activities. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development. Skills Lead Teacher Certification (Preferred) Experience in classroom management and organization Familiarity with child-centered teaching methods Background in early childhood education, including toddler care and literacy development Knowledge of child development principles and curriculum planning Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members Strong background in classroom management and organization.
