This position requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, teaching experience, and experience working with ESE students. You must pass a Level 2 background check, be professional and Christian, and provide exceptional service to our students. Some of the job responsibilities are:

• Help ESE and struggling students with assignments in the classroom.
• Provide parent written and verbal communications.
• Teach and play games to enable their engaged learning.
• Assist with reviewing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Create an atmosphere for learning and fun, and meet all student accommodations.
• Offer assistance in the main office and classrooms, as needed.
• Hours are 9 a.m.
• 6 p.m., Monday-Friday, with some extended hours and evening hours for events. Travel may be included in this position for paid training.
• This is a salaried position with full benefits, paid time off, and more.
