Job Description
Overview:
- We are seeking for a dedicated School Aide to join our school. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children in educational settings, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Support lead teachers in implementing educational programs
- Assist in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their learning needs
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Help create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities
Skills:
- Experience in Montessori, literacy education, special education, or preschool settings
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to engage and connect with children to foster their development
