Support students with special educational needs, including those with physical disabilities. Implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) and manage student behavior. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents. Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students at all times. Follow verbal and written instructions and work as part of a team. Maintain school staff and student confidentiality. Develop a positive role in school and community relations. Have effective communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
