Incorporate Montessori principles or other educational philosophies as appropriate to enhance learning experiences. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom experience, tutoring techniques, and early intervention strategies. Support extracurricular activities such as physical education or tutoring sessions that complement core curriculum goals. Experience Proven experience working with children in educational settings such as daycare centers, preschools, private schools, or similar environments. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood education topics including literacy education, math, and physical education. Experience managing classrooms with diverse learners, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Familiarity with classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and engagement. Prior involvement in preschool or toddler care programs that emphasize childhood development principles. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and community partners. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used in early childhood education settings. Experience implementing Montessori methods or other specialized teaching approaches is a plus.
