Duties Supervise and engage children during playtime, learning activities, meals, and rest periods to ensure their safety and enjoyment Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans focused on childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and encourages exploration Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily activities to foster strong relationships Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic health needs in accordance with health and safety regulations Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred Knowledge of child development instruction, classroom management Certification in first aid, pediatric first aid, CPR, or willingness to obtain upon hire Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and teamwork within the childcare environment Ability to work actively on your feet for extended periods while supervising children Familiarity with early childhood education principles, toddler care, infant care, and childhood development practices Join us to nurture young minds in a lively environment where your passion for teaching can truly shine!
