Follow the Aqua-Tots curriculum. Build swimming skills, confidence, and water-safety awareness. Communicate student progress with families. Maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment. Family Experience Associate Welcome families and build strong relationships. Help families understand our swim programs. Recommend programs that support each child's progress. Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service. Help create a welcoming, positive experience for every family. What We're Looking For You don't need to be an experienced swim instructor—we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn . Love working with children and families. Bring positive energy and enthusiasm. Have a strong work ethic and dependable attitude. Communicate and work well with others. Are willing to learn, accept feedback, and grow. Support Aqua-Tots' mission of drowning prevention. Can work at least 3 shifts per week , with a minimum of 4 hours per shift. Must be at least 16 years old. CPR certification required upon completion of training. Great for Students High school and college students are encouraged to apply!
