Job Description
Roles and responsibilities dependent on position discussed- Instructional assistant will work with children in a Behavior Support classroom Hours/days may vary based upon position, with a maximum of 29.75 hours per week
Academic Support :
Reinforce lessons, read aloud, and guide small groups or individual students.Behavioral Guidance :
Help manage classroom routines, redirect challenging behaviors, and provide positive feedback.Classroom Prep :
