Job Requirements Flexible in meeting student needs Able to explain and provide support for English, math, science, and social studies assignments to students Good behavior management skills Adhere to confidentiality guidelines Provide support in General Education and Special Education classes Follow directive of classroom teacher Follow all corporation policies and procedures Maintain a positive learning environment which is appropriate and well organized to promote student interest in learning Participate in department meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities as appropriate and as needed Participate as a team member to provide other services as directed by building principal Job Qualifications Able to work 28 3/4 hours a week Pass the ParaPro Exam or Provide Documentation of College Credits Earned
