Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Support classroom instruction under the direction of certified teachers Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students Adapt instructional materials and activities to meet individual learning styles and abilities Help implement individualized education programs (IEPs) as needed Encourage positive student behavior and engagement Foster an inclusive, respectful, and encouraging atmosphere Assist with supervision during arrival, dismissal, and transitions within the school setting This is a contract-based position located near East Longmeadow, MA, perfect for those with a passion for helping students thrive.
