Qualifications:

At least one year of experience working with school-aged children in a professional setting is required Preference for candidates with two or more years of direct school-based paraprofessional experience Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to adapt to diverse educational settings and student needs Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Responsibilities:

Provide direct classroom support to teachers and staff, assisting with daily activities and individualized learning strategies Offer encouragement and assistance to students individually and in small groups, helping them stay engaged and on task Support students with a variety of learning needs and abilities across multiple grade levels (K-12) Assist in implementing classroom routines and help maintain an organized, supportive environment Foster positive relationships with students, faculty, and families Enjoy a role tailored to your availability, starting August 31st, 2026.
