Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent experience working with children) Experience working with young children in an educational, childcare, or related setting Understanding of child development and positive classroom management practices Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills A patient, flexible, and joyful approach to working with children A growth mindset and willingness to learn Interest in pursuing Montessori training and professional development We are seeking someone who believes children are capable, curious, and deserving of an environment that nurtures independence, respect, and a lifelong love of learning.

Pay:

$22.51 - $27.11 per hour
