Job Qualifications:

Have a love for children. Ability to act as a mediator between children. Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable. Excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, etc.) Encourage children to interact and resolve occasional conflict. Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum. (Identify shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.) Organize nap and lunch/snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe. Track children's progress. Actively engage with children. Communicate with parents regularly. Collaborate with other educators. Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards. Premier Academy follows all local health department guidelines, as well as follows all licensing regulations set by the State of Michigan. The safety of our staff and students is our highest importance.
