Preferred Qualities and Experience:
Previous work as a paraprofessional or in a related school-based support role Solid understanding of classroom procedures and experience assisting teachers Strong communication skills and a patient, encouraging demeanor Flexibility when managing shifting priorities throughout the school day Experience working with diverse learners, including those with special needs, is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
